We do not act as a licensed broker in any jurisdiction where a real estate licence is required, unless we hold the appropriate licence and the agreement reflects our licensed capacity.

8. Fees and Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, management fees are calculated as a percentage of rent collected and are deducted from rental proceeds before the owner remittance is issued.

All fees and charges are payable as stated in the relevant agreement. Owners are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds to cover maintenance and operating expenses. We will disburse owner funds net of allowed expenses and fees and will provide a monthly statement showing all activity.

9. Terms for Tenants

If you rent a property managed by DLKJ PROPERTIES LC, the terms of your tenancy are governed by your lease agreement, which is a separate contract and not by these website Terms of Service. Your lease sets out the rent, deposit, term, notices, maintenance responsibilities, and all other conditions of your tenancy.
